Dhakal Stays was never created as a rental business. It was built as a family legacy—something my children could nurture, protect, and one day grow beyond my own.

In 2020, I build my first short-term rental, Himalayan Cabana. As I traveled more and stayed in Airbnbs across the country, I realized most places were designed to be booked, not experienced. I kept noticing what was missing—privacy, connection to nature, spaces made for celebration, and homes that actually brought people together.

So I decided to build what I could never quite find.

Every Dhakal Stays property is designed and built by me personally. From the layout to the flow of the space, from where people gather to where they unplug, each home reflects experiences I once searched for while traveling with my own family. These are not investments copied from a formula. They are places shaped by intention, memory, and care.
